Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Blue Islands Tours, a maritime excursion organizer based in Nha Trang, Vietnam, and its customers.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or email. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2.2 Prices

Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollars (USD). They include:

• The maritime excursion as per the chosen program
• Safety equipment (life jackets)
• Services included in each excursion (meals, fishing equipment, etc.)
• Civil liability insurance

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via OnePay
• PayPal
• VNPay QR (local Vietnam payment)
• Cash (VND or USD) on site

3. Cancellation and Refund

3.1 Customer Cancellation

• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund
• Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by Blue Islands Tours

In case of cancellation by us (unfavorable weather conditions, technical issues, etc.), you can choose:

• A full refund
• Rescheduling to a later date of your choice

4. Participation Conditions

4.1 Age and Health

Excursions are open to everyone. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. We recommend informing us of any particular medical conditions.

4.2 Equipment

Participants should wear appropriate clothing for boating (non-slip shoes recommended) and bring sun protection and a hat.

4.3 Behavior

Participants agree to follow safety instructions and crew directions. Blue Islands Tours reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation of anyone whose behavior may compromise safety.

5. Liability

5.1 Blue Islands Tours Liability

Blue Islands Tours is responsible for proper execution of services according to the program. Our liability is limited to the service amount.

5.2 Insurance

Blue Islands Tours has professional civil liability insurance. We recommend participants take out personal travel insurance.

5.3 Force Majeure

Blue Islands Tours cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure (extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

Photos and videos taken during the excursion may be used by Blue Islands Tours for promotional purposes, unless the customer expressly objects.

7. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@blueislandstours.com within 7 days following the excursion.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Vietnamese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Nha Trang, Vietnam.
